Skalable AI · Adoption
Available for demoThe guide every Dynamics 365 user wishes they had on day one
The Skalable AI Assistant helps people find their way through Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Ask in plain language or by voice and it takes you to the right module, transaction or report one step at a time, explains the screen in front of you and helps complete forms with values you provide or confirm.
How do I enter a vendor invoice?
I will take you there. Step 2 of 4: select New, highlighted on your screen.

The problem
Dynamics 365 is powerful. Finding things in it is hard.
New users lose time hunting for the right module, form or report, and training fades long before the next go-live question. The AI Assistant behaves like a consultant sitting beside them rather than a search box.

How the Assistant differs from Microsoft Copilot, then a user asks for vendor transactions and follows the highlighted steps, choosing the vendor themselves. The same journey by voice, hands free, ends on the bank transactions for an operating account.

What you get
What is included
- Guided navigation
- Follows approved routes and highlights one eligible control at a time, so people learn the path while they take it.
- Guided form completion
- Walks through mandatory fields using values the user provides or confirms, and fills a field only when there is a single unambiguous match.
- Explain this screen
- Describes the visible areas, controls and warnings on the page the user is looking at.
- Text, dictation and live voice
- Type a question, dictate it, or talk it through. Captions, chat history and a stop control are built in.
- Asks before it improvises
- When a question falls outside approved guidance, it asks permission before giving a general Dynamics 365 answer. Requests unrelated to Dynamics 365 are declined.
- An admin console for super users
- Maintain the navigation registry, import from CSV or Excel with a preview, approve drafts, roll back versions, and review traces, logs and usage cost.

How it works
Ask, get guided, stay in charge
Ask
In plain language, by typing, dictating or speaking, from inside Dynamics 365.
Understand
The request is matched to an approved route. If it is ambiguous, the assistant asks a clarifying question.
Guide
The assistant moves step by step, confirming each page is reached and highlighting the next control.
Decide
The user chooses the records, IDs, amounts and policy decisions. The assistant never makes those choices for them.
Controls and governance
Helpful without taking the wheel
Guidance comes from a registry your super users approve, so the assistant teaches your process, not a generic one.
- Never chooses business records, IDs, amounts or policy decisions on a user’s behalf
- Registry entries stay in draft until approved; every version is kept and can be rolled back
- Role-based access to the admin console, with workflow traces and model logs
- No customer data is stored for training purposes
FAQ
Common questions
Does the assistant take actions on its own?
No. It guides and helps complete forms with values the user provides or confirms. Business decisions, record selection and amounts always stay with the user.
Which versions of Dynamics 365 does it support?
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Users can switch between sandbox and production environments and sign in with their Microsoft account.
Is our data used to train models?
No customer data is stored for training purposes.
