Implement or replace your ERP
From a scoping conversation to a plan you can hold us to
Dynamics 365, Business Central and NetSuite, implemented since 2008. We start by understanding your requirements, then give you an initial scope and commercial proposal. Once scope is agreed, a detailed implementation plan sets out milestones, owners and acceptance criteria. One team takes it through go-live and stabilization.

Where you are starting from
Three common starting points
Outgrowing QuickBooks or a small-business system
More locations, entities or invoices than the system can handle. Usually Business Central or NetSuite, sometimes Dynamics 365 Finance.
A 49-studio fitness franchise moved from QuickBooks to Dynamics 365 with Power BI, Matrix and Stream.
Business Central →Leaving Dynamics GP
A controlled move off GP, to Business Central or another platform that fits: what moves as-is, what is redesigned, what is retired, with a rehearsed cutover.
A read-only GP period is common while reconciliations and audit needs are completed.

What each step gets you
Scoping, proposal, then the implementation plan
- 1
Implementation scoping conversation
We talk through your requirements: processes, entities, integrations, data, reports and timing, and who decides what.
You get: a clear view of fit, options and open questions.
- 2
Initial scope and commercial proposal
A written summary of the proposed scope, approach and platform, with the commercial model and the assumptions behind it.
You get: a proposal to review. Contracted work starts only when you accept one.
- 3
Detailed implementation plan
Once scope is agreed, and before build starts, the plan sets out everything below, so you can hold us to it.
You get: the plan the project runs on.
What the detailed implementation plan covers
Agreed scope
Processes, legal entities, integrations and reports in scope, and what is out of scope.
Responsibilities
Named Skalable roles and your owners for each decision.
Milestones
Stages with dates, with a clear plan for cutover and stabilization.
Dependencies
What must be settled or supplied before each stage, by whom.
Acceptance criteria
What “done” means for each stage, agreed before work on it starts.
Pricing basis
The commercial model, with its assumptions written down.
Data and cutover
What data moves, how trial conversions are reconciled against your books, and how cutover is rehearsed.
After go-live
Stabilization and support by the same team, business hours as standard with a 24/7 option.
How it runs
From discovery to go-live and support
Step 1: Discover
Processes, legal entities, integrations and reports inventoried and mapped with your team.
Step 2: Design
Solution design, chart of accounts, dimensions and controls agreed and signed off before build.
Step 3: Build and migrate
Configuration, extensions and integrations, with trial data conversions reconciled against your books.
Step 4: Go live and support
User testing, training and a controlled cutover, then managed support and continuous improvement.

FAQ
Before you plan
Not sure yet? Try the quick-win finder.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on entities, integrations, data and how much is customized. Two examples: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in under six months, and a CRM move to Dynamics 365 Sales in three. Your implementation plan states the milestones in writing.
Where does scoping end and contracted work begin?
The scoping conversation and the initial proposal come before any contract. Contracted work starts only when you accept a proposal.
Do we have to add AI?
No. Many customers start with the ERP and add automation or AI later, once a process is stable. The plan can show where it would fit without committing to it.
What does it cost?
Implementation is priced as a phased fixed scope or a dedicated delivery team, each stage agreed before it starts. Your proposal states the pricing basis; the pricing page explains what drives the cost.
Who supports us after go-live?
The same team. Managed support is business hours as standard, with 24/7 coverage available.
