How a fresher learns here: one example
An associate on the integration track, in their first twelve weeks, with a named mentor and an approved sandbox.
Weeks 1–2
Learns how an invoice moves from a supplier into the ERP, and how we document, test and use AI tools with verification.
Weeks 3–4
Tests a supplier-facing API in the sandbox and writes the field mapping for invoices. The mentor reviews it line by line.
Weeks 5–8
Shadows support when an integration fails: reproduces the issue, writes the ticket update and prepares the fix for review.
Weeks 9–12
Builds a small connector against agreed acceptance criteria, demonstrates it and hands it over with documentation.
Customer changes and production access always go through the team’s review and approval. Responsibility grows with what you have shown you can do.
