What drives the price
Six variables that shape implementation and support work
- Business scope
- Processes, legal entities, sites, countries and teams included in the outcome.
- Platform landscape
- Current ERP, add-ons, integrations, reporting and technical debt that must be changed or protected.
- Data and migration
- Data quality, volumes, history strategy, reconciliation and number of migration rehearsals.
- Delivery approach
- Fixed-scope phase, capacity-based sprint team or managed service with defined coverage.
- Change and adoption
- Process design, testing, training, communications and go-live support required for readiness.
- Support after go-live
- Business-hours or 24/7 coverage, and the monthly hours you need for support and enhancements.

FAQ
Pricing questions
Why not publish a single implementation price?
ERP programs vary materially by process scope, entities, sites, integrations, data quality and change effort. We explain the cost drivers, then define a scoped phase with assumptions and deliverables you can evaluate.
Can work be fixed price?
Yes, when scope and acceptance criteria are clear. Discovery and defined implementation phases are good fixed-scope candidates; enhancement backlogs often work better with a predictable capacity model.
How do you avoid open-ended consulting spend?
Each phase has an outcome, scope, assumptions, decision owners and acceptance criteria. Progress and forecast are reviewed on a set cadence, with changes made visible before they are authorized.
Do you offer managed support after go-live?
Yes. Plans are based on monthly capacity, systems covered, service hours and severity-based response targets.
Where is Skalable Stream pricing?
Stream has a dedicated website at skalablestream.com with its current plans and pricing.
