FAQ

Common questions

How long does it take?

About two to three weeks, depending on the workflows, entities and systems in scope. A focused assessment needs roughly six hours of your finance team’s time, mostly in the first week.

What does it cost?

$5,000–$10,000 USD, with $7,500 the standard assessment. Your fee depends on the workflows, entities and systems reviewed, and is fixed and agreed upfront. The assessment fee is credited toward the agreed follow-on implementation. Implementation and software subscriptions are priced separately.

Do we need to share ERP access?

Read-only access to a sandbox or reports is enough. We never write to a production system during an assessment.

What if the answer is “don’t automate yet”?

Then that is what the report says, with the reasons and what would need to change first. The assessment is useful either way.
