Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026

Skalable Technologies Corp. (“Skalable”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we use information when you browse skalabletech.com, contact us, subscribe, request demo access or use Live Experiences.

You can browse and send an enquiry without allowing analytics. Optional analytics starts only after you select Allow. You can change that choice through here or in the footer.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your email, optional notes, the service or product you ask about, messages you send us, and answers you choose to share in a recommendation or Live Experience.
  • Request and security information: network information such as an IP address, request timing and bot-verification signals used to deliver the site, limit abuse and validate submissions. These checks are separate from optional analytics.
  • Consented usage information: pages and sections visited, estimated active time, referral and campaign sources, link clicks, form progress and video progress. Analytics providers may also receive browser, device and network information.
  • Browser storage: your analytics choice, access-verification cookies and, if allowed, analytics identifiers. The purposes and durations are explained below.

Enquiries, recommendations and demo access

Business email is the required field on our enquiry forms; notes are optional. We also receive the request type, originating page and any relevant product, workflow or recommendation context. We use this information to respond, send requested materials, arrange a conversation and manage any resulting business relationship.

Submissions are routed to our team by email and to our customer relationship management system when configured. Demo requests also use your email to issue and validate an access link or code. Email validation and anti-spam checks help prevent unwanted requests. Submitting a form acknowledges this policy; it does not turn on analytics or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Email updates and follow-up

Requesting a code, recommendation or response lets us send the messages needed to fulfil that request. Newsletter subscription is a separate choice, including the optional checkbox in Live Experiences. You can unsubscribe from updates using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect that choice.

Analytics, company recognition and cookies

Optional analytics, website visit association and business visitor recognition services load only after you select Allow on the live website. Closing the notice with × leaves analytics off and dismisses the notice for the current browsing tab. A new visit in a new tab may ask again. Consent is remembered in that browser for up to six months. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping analytics off.

Anonymous visit counts. To understand which pages and sections are useful, our own website records, for every visit, the page address, the section in view, active time, reading depth and form or experience stages. Without your consent this uses no cookies or device identifiers, links nothing between pages, and stores no IP address, browser details or anything you type. It is stored in our website database and deleted after 13 months.

  • Website analytics: helps us understand page and section attention, reading depth, links, form stages, experience stages and video progress. Active time is an estimate based on visibility and interaction. We exclude email addresses, form notes, access codes and AI conversation content from our custom analytics events, and remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses we send. Safe campaign labels may be included for attribution. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in this website’s analytics configuration.
  • Our visit insights: after you allow analytics, the same records carry a first-party visitor identifier so we can see how a visit moves between pages. If you later give us your email in a form, a Live Experience or a demo request, we link those visits to it so we can understand what you were looking for. Job applications are never linked. Records are kept for 13 months.
  • Customer relationship management: records consented website visits. When you submit an enquiry after allowing analytics, we can associate those visits with your contact record using a visitor identifier. Form delivery to our customer relationship management system still works without analytics consent.
  • Business visitor recognition: uses visit and network information to recognise visiting companies where matching succeeds. It does not reliably identify every individual visitor. Enhanced visitor identification and abandoned-form capture are disabled in our website configuration.

We have not enabled advertising pixels on this website. Service provider scripts and their cookie lifetimes can change. Names, roles and related privacy information are available on our Service providers page.

Storage used by this website

  • Analytics choice: stored locally for up to 180 days when you allow analytics. A session preference remembers a closed notice for the current tab; a cookie tells our form handler whether analytics association is permitted.
  • Visitor identifier: a first-party cookie (sk_vid) for up to 13 months and a session marker for the current tab, set only after you allow analytics and removed if you withdraw.
  • Demo access: a signed, secure access cookie keeps the walkthrough library unlocked during your authorised access period, normally 14 days.
  • Live Experience verification: a signed, secure cookie remembers business-email verification for up to 30 days.
  • Optional analytics identifiers: our website analytics cookie setting is one year. Customer relationship management visitor identifiers normally expire after six months; the session cookie lasts 30 minutes and the browser-session cookie ends with the session. Business visitor recognition uses a separate identifier and a service provider-controlled duration. See Service providers for the relevant services.

Use to reopen the notice. If you withdraw permission, we stop our analytics collectors, attempt to remove the tracking cookies used by this site and reload the page to stop the loaded scripts. Withdrawal applies going forward; it does not automatically delete information previously received. You can also clear browser storage or request deletion through the contact details below.

Live Experiences and AI processing

When you build a map or plan, your description, answers and relevant workflow context are sent to our AI service providers to generate the questions and output. This processing is part of the experience you request and is separate from optional website analytics. Service provider handling of requests is governed by the applicable service terms and settings. The services used are identified on our Service providers page.

Before business-email verification, your conversation is held in the page while AI requests are processed. After verification, generating a fuller plan can save your email, conversation, map, plan, session reference and generation-version information in our website database. If you ask our team to review the plan, the handoff also includes the information and note you choose to send, so we can follow up without asking you to repeat the discussion.

Use a business overview rather than credentials, personal records or confidential customer documents. AI output supports an exploratory discussion; it is not an automated decision about a person’s eligibility or rights.

Job applicants

If you apply through the careers page, we use your name, contact details, the role, location and area you choose, any profile link you share, for internships where you study and when you are available, and your CV, the examples and links you share, what you would like to contribute and any covering letter only to consider you for roles at Skalable and to reply to you. Your application and files are sent by email to our hiring team at hr@skalabletech.com. The website does not keep a copy, and applications are not added to our customer relationship management system or our marketing systems. Email hr@skalabletech.com to withdraw an application or have it deleted.

Service providers

Skalable team members receive information needed to handle your request. We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, analytics, business visitor recognition, AI processing and secure storage. These providers receive information relevant to their role, as described in this policy.

For specific names, roles and related privacy information, see Service providers.

We do not sell the details you submit through our forms. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the site, investigate misuse or resolve a dispute. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Contact us if you need more information about processing locations or the arrangements relevant to your request.

How long information is kept

  • Enquiries and customer relationship records: for the time needed to respond, manage any resulting relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. The nature of the request and relationship determines the period.
  • Saved Live Experience sessions: a 365-day retention period from the most recent save, with expired records removed during database cleanup. A copy sent to our team by email or recorded in our customer relationship management system follows the enquiry-record criteria above.
  • Analytics event and user data: up to 14 months under our retention settings. Aggregated reports can remain available beyond the individual-event retention period.
  • Job applications: held by our hiring team for as long as needed to consider you for current and suitable future roles, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
  • Subscription records: while subscribed, with limited records retained as needed to honour an unsubscribe request.
  • Cookies and browser preferences: the durations in the storage section above. Service provider security and delivery records follow the relevant service’s retention arrangements.

You can request earlier deletion of information linked to you. Some records may need to remain for legal requirements, security or an active business relationship; we will explain any relevant limits.

Protecting information

The site uses HTTPS, server-side validation, signed access cookies, email verification and anti-abuse checks. API credentials and server logic are kept out of the browser. These measures reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal documents through general website forms.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint with the relevant privacy regulator. You can use our forms without allowing analytics and can change your analytics choice through .

Email legal@skalabletech.com with your request and the email or session reference involved. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. We respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain any permitted exceptions. Withdrawing analytics or newsletter permission does not affect processing needed to fulfil a request you have made.

Other websites, products and policy updates

External links, social platforms and scheduling services have their own privacy practices. This website is intended for business use, not for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Data processed by Skalable Stream, Skalable Matrix and Skalable AI products on behalf of customers is governed by the relevant customer agreement and data-processing terms.
