About the role
Join our US team in San Jose or Phoenix and help keep customer projects organized, understandable and moving forward. You will work with delivery managers, functional consultants and engineers across ERP, integrations and AI, supporting workshops, tracking actions and dependencies, and coordinating testing and handovers. This opening welcomes junior candidates who can explain their technical foundation, communicate clearly and follow through. Relevant internships, academic projects and practical work count as evidence. Your responsibility grows with demonstrated judgment, with project decisions and commitments reviewed by the accountable delivery owner.
What you’ll do
- Support customer workshops and document requirements, actions and decisions
- Maintain project tasks, owners, milestones and dependencies with delivery leads
- Follow up on access, data, approvals and other prerequisites for assigned work
- Coordinate updates between US customer stakeholders and the India delivery team
- Flag risks and scope questions early for review by the accountable project owner
- Help organize demonstrations, user acceptance testing and support handovers
- Write clear progress updates with the next action, owner and date
What you’ll bring
- A technical foundation from study, practical projects, internships or business systems work
- Evidence of organizing tasks, following up on dependencies and completing a practical deliverable
- Willingness to learn ERP workflows, integrations, testing and the delivery lifecycle
- Clear written communication, attention to detail and dependable follow-through
Nice to have
- Dynamics 365, NetSuite, finance or supply chain processes
- APIs, Azure services or AI applications
- Jira and distributed delivery teams
