This page identifies the services supporting the website practices described in our Privacy Policy. The policy explains the purposes, retention periods and choices that apply to your information.

Optional analytics services load only after you choose Allow. You can review or withdraw that choice through Privacy settings. Enquiry delivery, verification and the AI experiences you request are separate from optional analytics.

Website hosting and security

Our website hosting service provider handles request delivery, security and bot protection. It processes the technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Email delivery

Resend sends requested emails, access links, verification codes and notifications to our team. It receives the recipient address and the message content needed for delivery. For job applications, this includes the application information and attached CV and covering letter sent to our hiring team. Copies delivered to our team are also handled by our business email service.

Customer relationship management

HubSpot receives enquiry and subscription records. With analytics permission, its tracking service records website visits and can associate those visits with a submitted contact using a visitor identifier. Form delivery still works without analytics consent.

HubSpot cookie information explains its visitor and session identifiers. Main visitor identifiers normally expire after six months, session cookies after 30 minutes, and browser-session cookies when the session ends.

Website analytics

Google Analytics receives consented usage events and browser or device information to help us understand website use. Our custom events exclude email addresses, form notes, access codes and AI conversation content. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in this website’s configuration.

Our cookie setting is one year and event/user retention is up to 14 months. See Google privacy information for its own processing practices.

Business visitor recognition

ZoomInfo WebSights receives consented visit and network information to recognise visiting companies where matching succeeds. Its visitor identifier has a provider-controlled duration. Enhanced visitor identification and abandoned-form capture are disabled in our website configuration.

AI processing

Anthropic is the primary AI service and OpenAI is available as a fallback for Live Experiences. The service handling a request receives your description, answers and relevant workflow context to generate questions, maps or plans. Handling of those requests is governed by the applicable service terms and settings.

Saved session storage

Neon hosts our website database. After email verification, saved Live Experience records can include your email, conversation, map, plan, session reference and generation-version information. Saved sessions have a 365-day retention period from their most recent save, with expired records removed during database cleanup.
